I have just purchased this add-on (https://allinoneforms.rednao.com/downloads/google-sheet/) on your website, hoping to integrate it with the free version of your plugin. My payment went through and funds were deducted, id of my payment should be 2521, made with email [email protected].
However the download link I received in the mail leads to 404 and also license key sent in mail is blank. I tried to Contact you via your Contact Us page (https://allinoneforms.rednao.com/contact-us/), but I am getting a “Sorry the support period for your license expired, to keep getting support please go to your account and renew it” warning. So this is the reason why I am choosing this method to contact you.
This purchase was a huge disappointment. Could you please help me sort this out? Thank you.
