Google tells me I have 3k+ WP form entries, but I don’t see any in my mailbox. All spam?

I have Akismet installed which should block spam I think? I am not receiving any mails at the address the forms are linked to, so I assume spam, but I’m not that experienced with WP so I am checking here.
Some form plugins save entries into the database, does yours? If not, maybe you can configure it to do so and capture future entries.
If you go and submit the form yourself, do you receive the email?
Does Akisment show blocked items?

3. Not getting emails could be a php mailer issue or other problems. Start testing and trying to find the issue.
