Google’s Page Speed insights and Blog speed – Problem

[ad_1]

One time page speed insights shows 87 on mobile, then sometimes 89 and now 82.

Desktop – [https://imgur.com/rZGMVrW](https://imgur.com/rZGMVrW)

Some reason it gives images were lazy loaded. That means we should not lazy load images?

Blog is new. Only a couple of articles. Images are .webp are within 150 kb size.

Hosting – Digital ocean server. 4 gb ram 2 core cpu.

Theme and plugins –

Astra free theme and Domain behind cloudflare

Plugins – Phastpress, wp super cache, Author box, wordfence, loginizer, yoast, social buttons, yes cookie.

Can’t afford WP rocket and perfmatters. :/

I’m exhausted trying to get a green score. Any solution?

  1. Lazy loading of images in the first visible viewport should be avoided. You have to make an exception for those images.
