Ive been going thru this thing with a Gravity Form not sending email notifications to designated admin recipients – it would send the person who filled out the form a confirmation, however.
I’m using SendGrid. The client has a GoDaddy account (I know…). There are four dropdown subject options that direct to different emails.
GoDaddy’s spam filters were blocking “New Submission from {Form Name}” – which is the default subject line of EVERY Gravity Form.

GoDaddy is trash.
As a general practice, I always change these – a lot of users have nested email (often based on subject) and so it’s best to make these unique. It also typically helps avoid spam filtering, since it isn’t a volley of the same subject from the same place with different content that contains links of some sort usually, even if just an end user email. Use additional merge tags like the first name and last name or email address to make sure these are unique subject lines.
