After waiting a long time, I finally switched to Gutenberg editor (the one with the red beta sign). It was rather difficult at first, but after 6 hours on a site, I would say it’s okay… it’s ok!. Now, as I don’t understand well how developers have thought, I ask you what the best practice to adapt the site to mobile devices. Logically, I would go with media queries in CSS, but maybe now in the Gutenberg period it’s done in a simpler way that someone has declared, but I can’t find. What do you say?

Gutenberg will apply some base styles to ensure that items that are side by side on desktop (like columns, media and text, gallery, etc…) will automatically stack on mobile. You should be able to see this by previewing it with the mobile view.
