Help activating Envato Licencing

Hey Guys, another WordPress noob here.
So, I’ve just started my website, and I’ve installed the Ohio Theme to my WordPress.
It says that I have to activate my Lincence, when I press it, a screen pops up, and immediately closes again. When I look it up on the creators website, the pop-up should be a log-in site to Envato, but for me that doesn’t happend.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

EDIT: Once I press that button, I get the box ***”Check your System Status to make sure that your server is configured properly. This could cause some problems when you trying to import.”***
