Help can’t install WordPress

The error say

database could not be selected.

* Are you sure it exists?
* Does the user root@localhost
have permission to use the localhost\_tracyolivia
database?
* On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username\_localhost\_tracyolivia
. Could that be the problem?

My laptop broke down so I bought a MacBook and in windows it worked will just using root as the username now I hat to add localhost@root

In windows I just added the name . any idea how I get the database I did try root\_tracyoliva and root@localhost\_tracyolivia
