Help Needed: Best Solution to Translate WordPress Websites

[ad_1]

Hey everyone,

I need your help in choosing the best solution to translate my WordPress website. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• WPML: Used it about 3 years ago, and while it was great at first, my site became really slow after I implemented it.
• TranslatePress: This was better in terms of performance compared to WPML. I used it for a year, but I eventually started experiencing performance issues again.
• Polylang: I’ve seen it mentioned a lot, but I haven’t tested it thoroughly yet.

Since this process takes quite a bit of time, I’d love to get some feedback from anyone who has experience with these or other translation plugins.

Minor details:

• I’m using WooCommerce and Rank Math for SEO.

Any advice on which translation plugin works best for performance and overall functionality, especially with WooCommerce, would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

  1. I use WP Multilang because the free version does everything I need. Just be careful when you set it up.
You can get some pretty weird behavior when using Block themes, but nothing you can’t overcome.
