Help needed: Undefined array key “file” error in media.php

Hi,
I'm encountering an error on my WordPress site that I'm not sure how to resolve. The error message is:
"Warning: Undefined array key "file" in /home/mbamotor/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1745"
This appears to be happening in the media.php file, which I believe is part of the WordPress core. I'm not sure what's causing this or how to fix it. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
Some additional info:

This error is showing up on the front-end of my site
I haven't made any recent changes to my WordPress installation
My site is hosted at /home/mbamotor/public_html/
