Help with adsense auto ads code insertion

I have a membership site and I don’t want to show ads for my premium members. For individual ad units, I can use the taxonomies to blacklist user role. But I also want to use adsense auto ads to show vignette ads. How to configure this? There is no ‘header’ in the insertion dropdown menu. If header is available, I can easily do this.
