Help with Plugin: Looking for a gallery with a “featured image” and carousel below

As the title says, I’m looking for a plugin that works with Elementor that can achieve this:

So I want a carousel below that is rotating, and to have like “feature” image that is currently active from that carousel. I swear I saw it several times on Elementor-built websites, but can’t seem to find it now I need it. Thanks!
