Homepage Keeps Redirecting – Can’t Access /wp-admin to Login

Hi All,

Looking for guidance here, the site I am working on to update only the front-end suddenly has this error on Chrome, Safari, Firefox

**Can’t access**

[https://example.com/wp-admin/])

**Can access**

[https://example.com/sample-page]) or any inner pages

Chrome Error: ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS

I do not have access to cpanel and I’m requesting it from my client so I can check if it’s caused by plug-ins. But I’d want to be prepared where else to look? And what could probably cause it?

I have tried accessing the site through Data / Wifi just to see if I can isolate the issue but the same error persists.
