How can I dynamically populate site title with a pod setting that I’ve created?

I made a company info pod setting section and would like to use the Company Name field inside of Site Title, then I would like you use my Company Lead Email pod setting as the Send To field in Gravity Forms. Is there a merge field I can use to do this?
