How can one setup SEO as quickly as possible?

I’m on YoastCEO now. Majority of stuff that it needs from me I have no idea how to do better nor what/how to improve

For a first timer which SEO engine optimization you recommend? I would like to end up on the first page, doesn’t matter which one from the top
