I am trying to add this .txt document to my website for a Brave Rewards verification thing, and it says to add it into the .well-known folder of the domain. I don’t know where that is, if there is one, or how to make one if there isn’t. Any help would be great, thanks.

On the file system of the server, wherever the root is (where your wp-config.php file is), create that folder.
First things first, are you running a self hosted WordPress install or using [WordPress.com]) for your site.
For your own self hosted, you need to talk to you hosting provider to see what they allow (if by chance you know that it uses cPanel, from inside there you can use the “File Manager” tool to browse your home directory on the server. By defaul the root of the website (assuming only one set up on the hosting) is in a folder called “public_html”, there should be a “.well-known” directory already if you are using SSL cert from Let’s Encrypt. If not, just create it.
If your site is though [WordPress.com]), I’m not sure if you can, you’d have to contact them.
1. Connect via FTP
2. On the root directory, you should see a .well-known folder, if it’s not there create it.
