How do I build a system on WordPress using plugins, where free members can access one group listing per month while paid members can book 3 groups per month?

I live in Bangladesh and PayPal and Stripe is not available here. Opening a US LLC is not possible as well.

Now, I am trying to build a website similar to [heypeers.com](https://heypeers.com) (but much much simpler) where people would be able to list their support groups and others would be able to join them. My plan was to have a subscription system where attendees pay a monthly membership fee for accessing the website. But since PayPal and Stripe is not available and 2checkout and Payoneer does not support such functions, the only option I have is to use BuyMeaCoffee (BMC).

I am not a developer, I am just a layperson trying to build a wordpress website by myself with some plugins. I wanted to build a system where people on the free tier would be able to access one free support group a month, while those on a paid tier would be able to access 3 support groups a month. I was thinking that once they pay me the monthly subscription fee on BuyMeaCoffee, I will manually change their membership level.

In such a case, can anyone tell me how I can build this system using WordPress, plugins and BuyMeaCoffee?
