Hi, I am looking for an archiving solution that can integrate with a WordPress site. I'm not even sure if this is possible or how to go about it. Zero archiving experience.
My local sports club wants to archive various items from photos, videos, scans of printed documents, and pdf documents so members can search these on our website. The website is hosted on WordPress and managed by a third party company. Is there such a thing that will allow us to do this?
They want the ability to search a player's name and have everything they are tagged in come up in the search results.
Any advice or direction on what or where to look is very much appreciated.
This is possible with default WP, using Posts, categories and tags. Though a more “proper” way to do it is to create a Custom Post Type, for players, along with any relevant taxonomies (using the free ACF plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/)).
