There used to be a “Customize” option where you can add things like that. I think that still works in Astra theme, but with many of the new themes you just get this panel and nothing else under Appearance. The theme is “Jadro” which is one of the free ones.
But yeah this new editor confuses me and much different than what I was used to years ago.
