How does your workflow look like?

Hi Everyone! Its been about couple months I have been working with WordPress. I did built couple websites for local clients using the drag and drop through Elementor and some custom css here and there. When I get some projects, I make design through Figma show to the client and once they are okay with the design I go ahead and make the sites for them. I am curious to know how other are doing the process and would love to know if there is some way to optimize the work or some suggestions. Thank you
