How to Adjust Spam Filter Sensitivity for Legitimate Users

[ad_1]

Hello CleanTalk Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue where legitimate users, especially on mobile devices, are being mistakenly identified as spammers. Although I’m not certain of the exact cause, it seems that these users are being flagged as spambots despite their normal activity. This issue seems to primarily affect mobile users, while desktop users don’t seem to face the same problem.

Could you please guide me on how to adjust the spam filter sensitivity to prevent these mobile users from being blocked while maintaining spam protection?

Thank you for your assistance.
