Seems like your live server has some caching plugin which has delay load JS featured turned on. That’s why, the caching plugin is delaying the javascript of DarkMySite, as a result, you are seeing the white blink.
You can fix that by disallowing the DarkMySite’s JS file from the delay load. The JS file exists in which can be disallowed:
Once you disallow delay load on the mentioned file, the white blink should be gone.
