I know how to create custom WordPress Themes and integrate different styling libraries.
I have created tailwind themes using undersoretw([https://underscoretw.com/]) in the past.

I want to create a **block theme** using Tailwind as a styling library
I want to create a few patterns(using Tailwind)
How do I go about it?
