How to create a custom category besides statistics and marketing

Hi there,

I’m wondering if there is a possibility to create a custom category besides “statistics” and “marketing” (with a custom category name and custom description).

I’d like to be able to use that custom category to add a blocked external script to that custom category (in settings -> script-center).

Is that possible?
