With changing to a new WordPress site it doesn’t appear on Google search anymore when searching with certain parameters.
I remember on the old site there were header tags where you added keywords. But not sure how to do that
Also tried Yoast SEO, it’s been up for a week but no change.

It will take several weeks, even months.
Sign up to Google Search Console so you can see what Google is seeing/doing on your site.
You’ll want to add the site on Search Console and ensure it can index your sitemap.
