I have a client that gave me a list of urls to make into conversion in GA4. The issue is there is one that only ends with thank you, now I have the issue of I can’t figure out what the thank you page is for. I have searched the website trying to find what leads to the page but I can’t find it.
Is there a way (Possibly through the source code) that I can see what link precedes my thank you page?

Typically that is a redirect after a contact form submission. Check the settings for whatever form plugin is being used.
Likely a form. People put tracking events on a thank you page to track conversions.
