I don’t understand how this form-within-a-text-editor works

I just launched a franchise and am struggling to gain traction. Another store, whose owner is in digital marketing as a day job is helping me out by copying a template and customizing it to my location, along with helping me with Google Ads.

Cool. I’ve been working on understanding how WordPress works, but I can not for the life of me understand how this dynamic form, which is nested inside a text editor works. So I can’t make pricing changes or anything. In the editor, the only thing showing is a small play icon. I think that has something to do with it but am not sure.

Any assistance would be appreciated! I’m sure this requires a higher WordPress experience level than what I got.
