Dear all,
my WordPress site has been hacked, so unfortunately all data has been deleted. I have a backup (created with Backup Migration) from December 2023 that I would like to restore.
I have made a new WordPress installation via my hoster’s backend (all-inkl.de), installed Backup Migration and imported the existing backup. Some parts (e.g. the apps) has been transferred. However, I only see dummy data in the frontend, the theme and the pages are not available.
Could anyone help me to restore the site? Is it possible to send the backup files to the Backup Migration Support?
Under Design -> themes I see an error message for the current theme ( which is based on Neve).

Under pages I only see dummy pages.
I’ve purchased the premium version of Backup Migration in expectation of a first-class support three weeks, but I still only see the “Upgrade now” button (the payment was permanently debited). Very unsatisfactory. 😕
Best regards
Johannes
