Thanks for reaching out. For testing, I created a fresh WordPress site at:

Username: admin
Password: EzPwT1hfEZY
Then I installed WooCommerce and our Flexible Shipping plugin, and I’m getting no 302 redirects.
It seems that the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.
Please disable all plugins which are not ours and the WooCommerce itself. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.
Alternatively, the issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict with a plugin, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.
Finally, there could be some issue directly within the hosting. In that case, please continue investigating it with your hosting provider support.
