Insight Appreciated. Trying to get accustom to WordPress.

I have a CSV file with companies, url of their hiring page, and location tags. I want to be able to take this and create a page that allows you to search the companies by location tags. I have tried so many plugins, free and paid, with no luck. I am desperate for any kind of advice on a good plugin option.
