Greeting,
I’ve recently got a request from a client with a car listings website to integrate live chat on his website so visitor can ask more questions to the dealers(post authors) about their listings.
I’ve tried [tawk.to]) and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm.
Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions?

Tawk is not a chat feature, it’s a helpdesk.
You’re using the wrong tool.
The other way of doing this would be to require each dealer to register with tawk.to and provide the embed code for their account.
Then you’ll embed the dealer’s tawk code on their authored pages.
