Thank you for reaching out! Currently, you can only pay affiliates via PayPal, or manually to their bank account. We currently do not integrate with Stripe. We do however have this as a feature request on our development log and I have added your question as a +1 request.
As for paying affiliate automatically, this cannot be done currently. As with the above feature, we have it on our logs and I have added your question as a +1 request.
