Is it possible to Insert a First Blank Line in Listo?

Hello. I am using Listo with CF7 to display the list of US States.

Is there a way to insert a blank line or — as the first drop down option in the US State list? At the moment, the drop down list starts with Alaska selected. Which also does not make sense as Alabama should be alphabetically first too.

Current markup in the CF7 form:

Select Your State* [select your-state data:us_subdivisions.states data:us_subdivisions.districts]
