Is the WordPress Business monthly rate charged per site, or will I be able to create multiple sites in the same WordPress account for the one monthly rate?

So I’m new to wordpress and looking for some advice. I’m trying to upgrade to wordpress business so that I can install elementor to construct my sites in. However I noticed something before checking out. At the top of checkout, it specifically mentions the placeholder site name I entered when first going through wordpress onboarding. Now I don’t mind paying the $54CAD per month if that means I’m able to use elementor to design multiple sites within wordpress whenever work comes along. However, since only that one domain name is mentioned at checkout I want to make sure it’s not $54 a month per site you designing, in which case I’d have to buy another business plan for the next site I design and so on. That would obviously be unsustainable. Thanks in advance
