Ever since I had added a background image to my website. It slowed down the overall loading time and it loads in a very unusual way. My website is and this is the image I had used
I’m using Blocksy theme and I added the image seperately for the header, bottom, row, page title and site background with these:
Background Repeat: Repeat
Background Size: Contain
Image Overlay: Disabled
Background Colour: Default
What makes you think the bkg image is the issue?

All your images are way larger than they need to be.
