Hi,
This can happen when the shipping class slug is encoded due to them not being UTF-8 (IIRC). The sanitization then strips out the encoded data which makes the value empty. The best way to get around this right now is to use shipping classes with UTF-8 supported characters.

Can’t it be directly supported by the Chinese name? Many people in our Chinese area need this plug-in. If it is named in English, our customers may not understand it.
