I’ve been using WAMP in my dev environment but need to install SSL to use https locally. how can I do this? I couldn’t find good info online

So I’m using WAMP to develop my custom themes. It doesn’t come with any SSL so I cannot use https on my local domains.

Now I need to have https since some of the functions and APIs require it. How can I install SSL on my local machine to have https?

I couldnt find any clear instructions online
