I was looking the site with a logged-in session and I use WP in English : it seems to be priority. When I browse the page in private navigation, everything is fine!

@reunu If you would only like your reviews in French, please ensure this is set in the plugin’s Setup under Retrieval language.
The words used in the relative dates will be set to this same language. This is something that I will be modifying in a future version – looking up the correct strings based on this language parameter.
However, for now, please check the “date” parameter to override the text and use a PHP date value (or false to remove it).
If there is a delay in updating the settings, it’s like you have page caching. So viewing in Private mode will reflect the current status more accurately. It may need to clear the page cache to apply your changes to all future visitors.
Sorry I think I haven’t been clear enough: in my second post, I just say that I have understood the problem and that’s great now.
