In brief: I stumbled into managing this website that belongs to a group that does extra-curricular workshops at my university and they want a members page where participants can register and track their workshop progress. Essentially earn a “sticker” or something for every workshop they have taken so they can receive some sort of certificate after finishing them all.
Essentially the site needs to do 3 things: Feature an events calendar, allow for people to log in and have some form of gamification/achievement system in place. And ideally all these systems/plugins should work with each other – for example allow people to sign up for events from the events calendar without filling in the signup form when logged in, automatically receiving the achievement when the event is over… stuff like that.
anyone any idea? particularly any recommendations?
