We want to revamp our shopping cart experience to allow better UX.
We want the email address to be the first thing New Users enter before they move to the Billing details.
That way we capture their email and are able to do the whole shopping cart drop email.
Can someone recommend something?

Use the WooCommerce One Page Checkout plugin.
See Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce – Lite in the WP Repository. One of the best checkout experiences I’ve found so far, and most of it still free.
After getting the email is the plugin supposed to store it temporarily or create an account and maybe log them in automatically?
