Making Elements Appear on every single page

I have a Wordpress site now but also having a new one built. I wanted to ask if all of the tools in my dashboard will carry over to the new site? I bought a theme specific to what I do and a lot is plug and play. I’m worried that won’t be the case with the new site. Any help appreciated!
