You have set the max-snippet in the robots meta settings to 15 characters so Google is cropping the meta descriptions.
Please head over to the pages where you see this issue and make sure that in the Advanced tab of Rank Math SEO Controls, you set the max-snippet to unlimited: https://i.rankmath.com/i/1AFZzo
