My WordPress Website Is Loading After 35 Seconds

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a website and noticed many times that my websites takes around 30-35 seconds to load after clearing all the caches and history. I first thought that it’s due to the Cloudfare SSL, so now I am using Let’s Encrypt but I am still facing this issue. I contacted my hosting company as well and they are saying this issue isn’t from their end.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
