Are the image optimized or are you throwing 5MB images for products?
Do you have/use a CDN?
Does your hosting have cPanel? If yes, go to “Resource Usage” section and see if there were any limitations. If an warning appears there, then the issue is most likely with the hosting (being insufficient for your website) or you need caching.
