Need help with a theme and front page image sizing

I need help with the sizing and placement of the homepage image for my site at https://elecbillroth.com.

I have an updated picture of the same size, but it does not size or behave the same on desktop, whcih is 45% of my traffic.

I would need theme/html/CSS help. I am using the FrontRunner theme from Parallelus. They don’t respond.
