Need help with email setup for order confirmation and details

[ad_1]

Hey folks. I have a website on WordPress for my business. I’ve integrated Stripe as my payment gateway. During a test run, I noticed that Stripe does send out a rather pale and monotonous invoice that only shows the name of the deal order and that’s it.

I wanted to know what I can do to automate things that allows me to send out two emails everytime a customer tries to buy a service.

1. One email shoud come to me to show the status of the payment, the order description, and so on.

2. One order confirmation email sent to the customer along with a custom file (a word document) that the customer needs to fill out. This email is one that customer can reply to as well with the attachments.

I have MailChimp but i’ve been facing a rather difficult time integrating the two. If you do suggest mailchimp, perhaps provide me with a step-by-step breakdown so that I can follow that.

  1. Are you using WooCommerce? If that’s the case, I’m a fan of customizing and automating my emails using YayMail and AutomateWoo.
