Newsletter Advanced Import requires the PHP mbstring extension

Hi,

I have the below error message for the Newsletter Advanced Import.

Newsletter Advanced Import requires the PHP mbstring extension: check with your provider.

My hosting provider has checked and PHP mbstring extension has enabled already. I have deleted the Advanced Import plugin and re-installed again, but the error still exist.

Please advise, thank you.
