No ads on my blog – lightweight cookie consent solution?

Hi I have no “ads” on my site but use GTM/GA just to track pageviews and clicks on affiliate links.

I got some notices from google about installing a cookie consent solution so I installed cookieyes. But it seems to really impact pagespeed.

It also seems to have a ton of features for handling data and vendors and such. But I don’t actually have any ads on my blog – just affiliate links to amazon I insert myself. (Unless those are considered ads?) So I feel like a lot of the functionality in cookieyes is useless to me and probably slowing things down.

Is there a lightweight solution for blogs like mine?
