Hello! Fairly new to WordPress. I’m trying to add a discount code, but all options say I need to be on the backend and select the “download” tab. My back end doesn’t have that? Can anyone help me out with that? Thanks!
To add a discount code to WooCommerce on WordPress, first install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. Select WooCommerce > Coupons in the WordPress dashboard. Click Add Coupon, then add your coupon code and optional description. Configure the coupon on the General, Usage Restrictions, and Usage Limits tabs by entering the discount type, amount, product restrictions, and usage limits. Once completed, click Publish. If you do not see the Coupons option, ensure WooCommerce is activated and your user role has the relevant rights.
