Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Our plugin adds the rel=nofollow attribute to the external links when you enable the Nofollow External Links option in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Links.
You can also set the page to Nofollow if you don’t want search engines or crawlers to follow any links on the page using the Advanced Tab of our plugin’s meta box: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/
If you don’t want to use our plugin then you can edit the links in the HTML editor and add a rel=nofollow attribute to set the links to Nofollow.
