After editing my website for months on end I had no issues with this tool bar. But this past week I can no longer interact with the tool bar exclusively on my Pricing page. Every OTHER page still works.
Troubleshooting:
1. I went to Digital Ocean and Power Cycled on many ocassions and waited days.
2. Went to WordPress dash board and clicked clear cache on every page including Pricing page.
3. I tried googling hundreds of pages and videos but found nothing that can help, just ones telling me how to show tool bar via wordpress dashboard which isn’t the issue.
TLDR: This particular page cannot interact with toolbar despite it being there. Mouse over/hover and/or clicking does nothing.
